Matt457 Posted February 26 Report Posted February 26 Hi, When the Noritsu 3904G is printing lustre there are no issues. When printing glossy, 70% of the prints don't get into the processor. The arm unit fails to push them in. See video's below. Tried cleaning rollers, no luck. Any advice would be apricated. Videos can be seen here.
alexvigor Posted February 27 Report Posted February 27 Are you getting any errors? Which rollers you cleaned?
Matt457 Posted February 27 Author Report Posted February 27 Only error is Paper jam in paper advance but that’s because of the paper coming back with the arm unit I think. All of the rollers in the arm unit section have been cleaned.
alexvigor Posted February 27 Report Posted February 27 (edited) Well, there can be different errors. I guess, its not because of paper returns, but because sensors in the processor supply unit don't turn dark. Write exact full errors numbers. I don't have 39's manual, but ppl that have may be helpful. Have you cleaned small rollers in moving arms? Edited February 27 by alexvigor
Dave S Posted February 27 Report Posted February 27 Check the operation of the arm hold motor in output check. Place a print into the arm, operate the hold motor, check the print is being properly gripped by the arm. Check the springs on exit roller of the unit before the arms is properly in place.
