S4 to HS1800 convertion can’t import in photoshop with TWAIN DRIVERS

Hello to all

I installed the pcb today for converting the S4 to HS1800. After many hours trying to set up everything with the technician, we manage to calibrate everything, we get no errors. Installed HS1800 v7.10 and Ez controller ver 8.30.

The workstation is running windows 11 pro 64bit.

The thing is that we cannot import anything to photoshop via the file/import/twain scanner , photoshop doesn’t recognise it.

Do I need any other plugin in order to make photoshop recognise it?

Providing some pictures of the LED light source conditions .

Do I need to use EZ controller with USB dongle as mandatory?

Try using IrfanView instead of Photoshop to inport via the twain source.

If that works you know the issue will be with Photoshop.

Your best solution though would be to get a dongle so you can use EZcontroller to properly manage everything.

I downloaded it, it recognises the scanner, in the option import with Twain scanner it shows hs1800 32/32 but when I choose it, ez controller window does not pop up and it stays in a black screen

I think there was some issue with the 64bit version of IrfanView, try using the 32bit version instead.

If you want import file of photoshop or irfanView only need twain driver software dont need Ez controller.

What is your currently twain driver software ?

You can use version 6.6 this is compatible with W10x64.

If you want use W11 x64 need last version.

EZcontroller without a dongle will operate in Twain driver mode.
