imagus 1500 light bulb

hello,

i installed imagus 1500, but the light bulb in the scanner is not active. there is no problem with the light bulb. does anyone have any ideas about what i should do about this?

btw, if anyone wants it, i can share the installation file free of charge.

Bulb can be made by Osram, or General Electric ( 24V 250 W ) . If bulb and socket are good then faulty power supply. Power supply is Tiger power TG-307 - Kis part number 070 100 873 A . Check output voltages. You will not get new power supply. Need to repair it. Few times I had to repair these power suppliers.
