Which Frontier do you have? Is here stand alone scanner, or minilab?

If here stand alone scanner then disable printer on maintenance menu ( select OFF ) .

If you have stand alone SP3000 you can ignore cannot perform the DI Service registered in the service menu SERVICE Menu 13 error. It doesn't effect scanning. Just close it and scan your orders. If do not want to see this error then need reprogram print channels and scanning services on server and scanner computer.
