Nelly_Lab Posted March 10 Report Posted March 10 Good day! I'm encoutering an issue with one of my film carriers for the HS-1800. The problem carrier, 135/240AFC-II, is telling me that there's film stuck in the carrier. It's been thoroughly cleaned and inspected. There are no signs of film in the carrier or any visable damage. Any test or calibration attempts through the maintenance tab is followed by an "Terminated Abnormally" screen. After messing around some, I found that sticking a bit of film into the carrier enough to cover the Sensor 1 Dx will remove the #01405-00027 error code but wont actually fix anything. With the film ever so slightly in the carrier, I can calibrate and run other test. I believe that Sensor 1 DX is my issue but I'm unsure how to proceed from here. Any leads on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
Minilab service Posted March 10 Report Posted March 10 For sensors, which are dark manually LED intensity set 255 . If after that still dark then problem with film carrier hardware. Need to repair 135/240AFC-II. I repair film carriers. If need I can repair it.

Minilab service Posted March 11 Report Posted March 11 Enter service mode and open film carrier adjustment menu. Then for sensors which are DARK LED intensity set 255 ( maximal value ) . If after that on input check sensor status still DARK then problem with scanner hardware.
