cerokool86 Posted March 12 Report Posted March 12 Good afternoon Engineers, I appreciate the help with other issues. Now I've had the misfortune of having trouble with the M570 engine in my Frontier 355. I disassembled the engine compartment and tested it from the maintenance menu, and the engine only vibrates; it doesn't turn over. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and greetings from Mexico.
Minilab service Posted March 13 Report Posted March 13 (edited) Just in case can check motor connections ( PDC3 and motor connector ) , or try swap with motor from other position. Usually all good there and PDC20 circuit board is faulty. Need repair, or change it. It is typical problem on LP1500SC ( 350/355 printer ) and LP2000SC ( 370/375 printer ) . Many times had to repair this board. After that motor worked well. Edited March 13 by Minilab service
cerokool86 Posted March 16 Author Report Posted March 16 Good afternoon engineer, I already checked with another motor and it's still the same, the error is in the circuit board. Could you give me some guidance on where to measure the values with the multimeter?
Minilab service Posted March 16 Report Posted March 16 Nothing to measue here for end users. You need to get working board and change it. To repair board multimeter is not enough. Need oscilloscope and understanding how board is designed and how to repair it. cerokool86 1
