albertooo Posted March 15 Report Posted March 15 Hello everyone, I hope you can help me. For the past three days, my minilab has been giving me an error when I print. It says the magazine is out of paper, but it is. It seems that when I send a print job, the printhead retracts too far, and when I press "force output," it retracts even further, leaving the paper loose. This forces me to pull the printhead out again and reinsert the magazine. Sometimes it prints, but other times it again says the magazine is out of paper. The quick solution I found was to print with the door open, then close the door. When it asks if I want to send emulsion, I open the door again to pull the printhead out of the paper (which is slightly bent at one corner when it comes out). I straighten it, close the door, and select "don't send emulsion." It prints immediately. I've already tried changing the magazine, but the problem persists. In short, I feel like the paper is retracting too far, causing it to detect that there's no paper. I hope you can help me.
Minilab service Posted March 15 Report Posted March 15 Error has number and suffix. You have to write them. Only then can give an advice.
