Nidty Posted March 21 Report Posted March 21 Hi, I have a Front end PC used for DL600. I would like to install MS11 for using SP500 - I have tried to install MS11 but it does not see SP500? Do I have to make a complete new installation?
Minilab service Posted March 21 Report Posted March 21 If you on server running W7 32 bit installed MS11 for SP500 version 2 then computer and software should see scanner. Look if you have scanner on Windows device manager. If do not see - reinstall driver. If see scanner on Windows, but MS01 doesn't see it then reinstall software : MS01 server with printer and scanner support, MS11 for SP500, MSP46 and optional MS software modules.
