Reynaldo Posted March 28 Report Posted March 28 Hello, I hope you are all well. I need your help. My Noritsu 3702 has an intermittent problem; sometimes the paper feed unit doesn't raise. I removed the belts from motors PM7 and MP8, and only PM7 rotates. I swapped the motors, but the motor does rotate. I replaced the J391256 board, but the problem persists. If I turn the machine off for two hours and then turn it back on, it works perfectly. My question is whether the J391253 board could be related to this problem, and if the I038361 24V 10A power supply could also be related to the issue. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thank you very much for your time. Regards

Dave S Posted March 28 Report Posted March 28 The most likely problem is poor connections on one of the zig zag sensors, or a bad zig zag sensor. Check the Left and Right zig zag sensor values in the paper sensor adjustment screen in service mode, they shouldn't be more than 20 and must not show 0. If the machine thinks the arm is already at the top (even though it isn't) it will try to lower it and make a juddering sound instead, and give you the 6135-0002 error.
