Wen2015 Posted March 31 Report Posted March 31 I have a fuji sp500. When I tried to install the s2 software, I received error 1401, indicating that the computer environment was not suitable. I reset the username, password and computer name according to the instructions in the forum, but still got error 1401. My s2 version is 3.0-0E-490 and I have Windows xp professional installed on my computer. I don't know where the error occurred. Could someone point it out? Thank you very much!
Minilab service Posted March 31 Report Posted March 31 If user name and password are correct then check names of HD partitions and CD/DVD drive. They should be C , D and N . Wen2015 1

Minilab service Posted March 31 Report Posted March 31 Then might be you tried install automatically. Need install manually - all parts one by one. After one part instillation need restanrt. Only then can install next part. Wen2015 1

Minilab service Posted April 3 Report Posted April 3 (edited) Ask software supplier to help install remotelly. For my customers I always help to install this way. On XP perfectly works older Anydesk versions. Do not need to install it. It is enough to run. Edited April 3 by Minilab service
