laser problème on QSS 3101

I have synchro error on 3101 i put new aom i change gun but same problème on blue gun

Problem is with Blue laser head. B stabilizied output status should be OK. Wait a little. If will not see OK then try to make Blue laser optimal temperature automatic adjustment. After that head might start to work correctly, but sometimes it stopps to work at all. If it will not help you need to change laser head. Here is old A type laser head made by Shimadzu ( HK-9755-03 ) .

Software upgrade can't repair laser head. Laser stabilized status depends on level, which is on laser driver output. Software just shows level, which is there. If you see "No Good" then laser head doesn't work properely.
