Please help Fuji sp 1500

Hello!
Need help with my Fuji sp 1500
 I’m getting the the w1239 error keep ambient temp bellow 30

How ever it’s not an over heat issue or thermal switch issue.

The lamp house compartment isn’t getting power att all
And the compressor don’t start 

I’ve done some metering.
St201 and door interlock is working all the way to pwr20
Control pins on pwr 20 meters 24v
Carrier has power 

The lamp house psu is getting 230 power but not outputting anything.

Things I’ve replaced:
Transformer including pwr20
St201 thermal switch 
Lamp holder
Ctb 20
Lamp house power supply.
