mahmouuz Posted April 4 Report Posted April 4 I have a QSS-3300i machine, as soon as I replaced the magazine, this problem appeared, indicating that there was paper stuck in the sensor area. I removed and cleaned the sensors thoroughly, but the problem persists. What could be the solution? and I'm certain there isn't any stuck paper.. i hope someone help me on this problem..
