Clean the calibration plate with a soft cloth and mild  soap and water if necessary. Do not use isopropyl on it.

If it is a plastic calibration plate, replace it with a new metal plate. The white part tends to yellow with age causing calibration issues.

Lastly do the highlight balance correction.

Other causes can be bad chemistry.
