setup ok but photo not good qss3101

Hi all guy

I have print photo problème on qss 3101 .all paper setup ok émulsion ok gama ok paper spécification setup ok

But photo print not ok i have magneta color 

Any ideas thanks for help

Is this print on the same paper as the daily setup?

Have you done the magazine registration/set up for all the other papers?

So just to confirm the setup prints are perfectly grey? And the black is a proper black?

Do digital prints and prints from negative also look like blue like this? Do the prints look like this on the screen as well?

What software and profile data versions are you running?

It is not obvious from what you asked - is this a single photo problem or all prints come out with that tint?
