Dom Benevides Posted April 9 Report Posted April 9 Hi everyone. I am having a problem scanning on my LS-600 where the images are coming out with incorrect framing. I use EZ controller 6.60 for reference. Here's an example attached where it started happening on frame 7. The problem happens regardless of me selecting the frames manually or not. If I put an entire roll through, it scans in the wrong position, sometimes earlier, sometimes later in the roll. I have been forced to scan 10 images at a time so I can get them framed right. There are no skips that I can hear on the scanner. I recently replaced the rollers because I was getting skips (smeared pixels) before. I already performed a calibration, frame position correction, focus calibration, and all possible adjustments I can think of on the EZ controller. Does anyone know if this is a software issue or if I need to adjust the belt or the rollers? I also couldn't find any instructions on how to adjust the belt so I'd appreciate any information. Thanks!
TECNOR Posted April 9 Report Posted April 9 I think rubber roller bad, first check this after you can to do adjustment position film .

We just changed the rollers so maybe they're badly aligned, but I wanna make sure it's not a software issue or something else before I start taking the scanner apart again.
Dave S Posted April 10 Report Posted April 10 If it's not working with the forced stop position it will 100% be a roller issue. Probably the rollers you have fitted are not the correct diameter.

I found another thread where someone mentioned the rollers from eBay are knock-offs and not the right size so the rollers end up not doing enough rotations. Do you know by chance how to find the authentic Noritsu rollers? I'm in the US.
