Hello, good afternoon. I'd like to ask for some guidance. I have a Noritsu 3300, and it suddenly stopped displaying video. I'd like to be certain before making any mistakes. Based on the error message, I assume it's due to a motherboard malfunction? Is that correct? I apologize if this question seems obvious, but I'd like to confirm before looking for a replacement motherboard. I've performed various tests and even installed an additional video card, but nothing has worked. Thank you in advance for your responses.

Telling us you "have performed various tests" tells us nothing.

It could be a bad monitor, bad VGA lead, It could be bad RAM, a bad motherboard, a bad power supply etc.

It's just a computer that is not booting up, troubleshoot accordingly.

Hello, thank you for your quick response. I didn't express myself correctly... sometimes the translator doesn't translate correctly. The motherboard boots up, the processor works, and the RAM is recognized when the computer is turned on. The problem is that it's not outputting video, and I wasn't sure if that depends solely on the motherboard or if another board in the minilab is involved.

The monitor is connected directly to the motherboard, like I say it's just a standard computer setup.

How do you know the RAM and processor are working normally if the video is blank?
I've a had a few Ricoh FB9 motherboard failures where the CPU fan spins, but the motherboard doesn't actually start and display any video.

Personally if I was in your position I would upgrade to a G31 or G41 chipset based motherboard with a E8500 or E8600 core 2 duo processor.

Thank you very much for your response. I'm going to start the process of making the change. Do you think the system I have installed on the hard drive would work with the motherboard change, or would a new system installation be necessary? My question is because I don't have the original system for the minilab.
