If you do not have the yellow color on your prints, it means you have a problem with the blue channel of exposure.
You should pay attention to the condition of the AOM driver (blue channel) and the blue laser module.
I would recommend you to apply to the local service engineer who will help you to localize the problem part of the exposure section.

The laser module goes through several stages of wear and tear.

At a certain (early) stage, it will still allow you to print photos, but the print quality will be poor.

At the final stage, it will display error code 6105 (if the laser is of type A), which means the laser has failed, and in this case, you won’t be able to print photos at all.

In your case, the best way to determine the condition of the blue laser module is to measure the voltage between the legs of the ballast resistor on the laser driver PCB.

However, this procedure requires the utmost care, as it is easy to short-circuit the multimeter probes while they are touching the resistor legs during the measurement, which would immediately burn out the laser.

Enter the service mode.

Go to Menu → Extension → Maintenance → Data Transfer Test

Let us know the result, and what the print looks like.

Check that the memory modules are fitted properly and are in the correct slots on the image processing PCB.

Display Memory J390581 should be in J447

Memory Units J360681 should be in J448 & J449

Expansion Memory J390552 should be in J456

Composite Memory J390554 should be in J457

Other possible causes are, bad image correction PCB(s), bad image processing PCB, bad laser control PCB, or a damaged LVDS cable from the print station to the printer.

Start with simplest- check and reattach memory modules, as Dave advised.

Then I'd reattach connectors on Image control pcb and laser control pcb and check lvds cable.

These are simplest steps, that will cost you nothing. If it doesn't work - go for PCBs replacement.
