URGENT! Image Server crash and weird noise

Hi everyone! Urgent help needed please. Was eating my scanner and image server this morning before I opened the shop, printed out some prints on a citizen sublimation printer, was all going good. Then all of a sudden the server crashed and went blank and made some weird sounds. Some “grrrr grrr grrr” sounds. 
contacted engineer. Took the lid off the PC and gave it a delicate de-dust with a mini vacuum and compressed air. 
cleaned both RAM drives. 
still not turning on and made the same sounds. Please see video.

Hey, well first of all don't eat your equipment... Jokes aside if you're confident in your abilities to not make it worse you can try reseating the cpu and cleaning ram again, trying different ram channels if you have 4 slots, if you only have 2 try switching their places, try and turn it on with only one stick of ram, if it does the same swap it fot the other one, furthermore you can try and disconnect anything that is not necessary for posting, i mean like hard drives, ssd, cd drive, floppy drive, card reader, optional cards like firewire and sound, leave just the bare minimum like graphics card. Disconnect anything from the back accept power and monitor, just take keyboard and mouse out too

So what i mean is leave just the bare minimum to post, motherboard, cpu, ram, gpu and power supply, connect only the power cable and the monitor cable, try if it works that way and if it does you can one by one reinstall every part until you find the broken one, if at first try it also fails with the bare minimum parts you know that it can only be motherboard, cpu, ram, gpu or power supply
