Inconsistent border at trailing edge of photo prints.

I'm facing problem with border at the trailing edge of the photo prints in almost all sizes. The borders are not regular as there is no border at first few prints and it starts increasing up to 5mm and more. The border is not fixed size and cannot be adjusted with exposure advance adjustment. Replaced exposure motor 2 and belt but problem still persists. I'm guessing that the paper is not reaching exposure position in time causing the border at the trailing edge. If anybody have faced same problem please kindly help.
