Hey, you can test the pump by swapping the connector with like STB1, and if the problem moves to STB1 pump and STB2 works you have a bad connection or a break in a cable
If you confirmed that the pump is bad you cab start by draining STB2, disconnect the electrical connection, loosen the two hose clamps and if the hoses are hard to get off you can warm them with a hair dryer.
You can find new pumps on ebay or aliexpress if you want but i would advise you to ask for one from your technician or place of purchase
