Sp3000 error E-4756

Hello, Recently moved an sp3000 that was working fine. I started it and during calibration it says that the firewire card has timed out. I try restarting and reseat the GIE 23 in image box. After restarting I've got error E-4756. On I/O status it says GIA23 abnormal. I tried replacing with a working board and still getting the same error on startup. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

When have E-4756 error then can be faulty CCD23, GIA23, or bad connections. Check shielded cable connection on GIA23 . Also check power supply ( small 2 pin connector ) .

Thank you, I've tried replacing GIA23 with working one and checking the connections but still having this problem. I guess we will have to try to find a CCD23 to try. Man was working fine before the move thats too bad. 

I did use test points on GIA and was getting 5v so i think the power was fine.
