im-1500 scanning issue: vertical banding

Hi everyone,

I got this result while scanning with my im-1500. What could be the cause of these vertical lines and the overall distorted/blurry look? Other frames in the same series came out fine, but this one is problematic.

Does anyone know why this is happening? I’d appreciate any insights or help.
