Murat Posted May 17 Report Posted May 17 Hello, I own a Konica Minolta R2 SUPER 700 and a DP2001e controller, along with a USB flash drive containing the license. Our hard drive is completely destroyed, and I need all the necessary software for a new controller. Thank you in advance. Best regards.
Minilab service Posted May 17 Report Posted May 17 (edited) DP2001E is printer. It is not controller. License is not on flash drive. It is on secutity dongle made by Logicaltech Co Japan ( LOCK STAR-PSU dongle ) . There can be stored Konica licenses and nothing else. Should be main license ( R2 700 Super ) and optional licenses ( there are 12 of them ) . Licenses can be added remotelly. Here can see all of them : Probably you have R2 Super 700 minilab : DS2000E scanner + DP2001E printer + processor ( PP-8620 if liquid replenishment , PP-8621 if Ecojet ) R2 Super 700 minilab has two computers. First computer is inside printer. There is Linux. Computer need restore using recovery CD. Second computer is workstation connected to scanner. There is Windows 2000 PRO, or Windows XP. On this computer Windows and software can be installed. To install workstation computer need drivers, any Phenix software, Dongle with licenses, R2 Super 700 upgrade CD to version 2.00R02E and upgrade file to version 2.00R03E. More information can see here : https://www.minilabhelp.com/index.php?/forums/topic/29691-numerous-issues-with-konica-r2-ds2000e-scanner/&do=findComment&comment=83476 To restore scanner, printer and software settings need backups ( factory, maintenance, setup ) . If HD is alive and it was not formatted then can copy settings from there. Without backups need make software, scanner, printer and processor settings. It is hard to do it, so it is better to have backups. I have everything to install Konica - software, upgrades drivers and all other. Edited May 17 by Minilab service
