Noritsu V30 low level developer and waste tank full

Hi, I have a Noritsi V30 film processor that shows low-level developer and a waste tank full. And you can hear clicking sounds coming from the boards; it is kind of switching on and of. Like if you raise and lower the level in the processing tank. The developer level is fine, I checked it. The waste tank is empty. I tried to switch the contacts of the level givers between bleach and developer, and the result is the same. Still showing developer-level low. I also replaced the main boards with the same results. Any idea what to do?

Firstly check the levels are correct on every tank.

f you are running the machine with water witout the racks in, this will cause the issue due to the circulation pumps creating a wave in the tanks.

If still a problem check the resistance of each float switch, all should read close to 0 ohms when the floats are in the upper positions.

For the waste tank are you 100% sure the waste tank is empty? The drain pipes can get blocked so when you turn on the tap nothing comes out, but the tank is actually full.
