FOTOBINCI Posted May 29 Report Posted May 29 My Fuji LP7500 was working fine this morning. After my lunch break, I found the machine turned off and couldn't turn it back on. Could a power surge have blown a fuse? Where can I check if they're blown?
Minilab service Posted May 30 Report Posted May 30 Might be processor is in stand by mode. Press and hold sorter button. Do you see any lights ( on dryer top and on sorter ) ? They are light, or blinks? If do not see anything and sorter button hold doesn't help then check processor power suppliers ( outputs and inputs ) . Only when know what you have I can say something else.
FOTOBINCI Posted May 30 Author Report Posted May 30 no, even holding down the green button on the sorter nothing turns on, I tried to unplug the plug and plug it back in but nothing, by removing the front panel I saw that inside a power supply there are two green LEDs on, I couldn't do anything else.
Minilab service Posted May 30 Report Posted May 30 You have two processor power suppliers - PS1 and PS2 . PS1 has 24V d.c. and 5V d.c. outputsand PS2 has only one 24V d.c. output. These power supplirers should work always ( if breaker NFB1 and leak circuit breaker NFB4 are ON ) . Take multimeter and look if you see voltages on power supply outputs. PS1 input J/P791 , 230 V a.c between contacts 1 and 3 . Outputs J/P792 , 24 V d.c between contacts 1 and 6 , 5V d.c between contacts 7 and 10 . PS2 input J/P793 , 230 V a.c between contacts 1 and 3 . Output 24V d.c. between connectors J/P794 and J/P795 ( any contact ). On your picture is PS1. 230V a.c. input is at the bottom ( two red wires ) . At the top are d.c. outputs ( 10 pin connector, 24V and 5V ) . Start from it. If it is faulty I have it. .
FOTOBINCI Posted June 1 Author Report Posted June 1 From the right power supply, current comes in and 24V comes out. From the left power supply, current comes in but nothing comes out.
Minilab service Posted June 1 Report Posted June 1 PS1 is faulty. Need to change it. If you need I thave it.
FOTOBINCI Posted June 1 Author Report Posted June 1 How can we talk about groceries, how much it costs and how long it takes to get them in Italy? Do you think that's the problem and can't there be any other problems?
FOTOBINCI Posted June 3 Author Report Posted June 3 I also sent you a message. I wanted to know if it's possible for me to get two new power supplies, one 24V 400W and one 5V 50W, and then connect them to the minilab.
Minilab service Posted June 5 Report Posted June 5 Beter do not it. If something will go wrong on 5V circuit you have 29V . Then you have change processor boards. Original power is not expesive, so better to use it.
FOTOBINCI Posted June 5 Author Report Posted June 5 I'm also thinking about it because the power supply you're sending me will definitely not be new, and I don't want to find myself with the same problem any time soon. About a year ago, my other PS2 burned out, and I fixed it with a new one with the same features. Now my technician and I are thinking about getting two, one 5V and one 24V. I'll think about it for a few days and then let you know. Thanks.
Minilab service Posted June 5 Report Posted June 5 (edited) Power supply is new. Look at the photos. Your power supply board is dark and dirty and on my picture it is clean and light. Power supply is old stock. Power supply is discontinued. From Noritsu you also can get power supply which was produced few years ago. Edited June 5 by Minilab service
FOTOBINCI Posted June 10 Author Report Posted June 10 Thanks everyone for the advice, but we replaced the PS1 power supply with two new 24V and 5V power supplies. Everything seems to be working fine.
Minilab service Posted June 10 Report Posted June 10 Make sure, that all connections are really good. If something will be disconnected two boards will be damaged. When power supply is one then it can't happen.
