Hello, on my LS I cannot perform any scanning or operations due to this error. My interlock sensors do not change to "ON" no matter what I try. I even unscrew the sensors and touch them both together. This error first occurred when a technician opened the scanner interrupting the LED LIGHT ADJUSTMENT at the beginning of the day. Maybe the issues are related? I've attached screenshot of my input check. Please let me know if you have any advice where to look. Screenshot2026-05-29154530.png.db8286951401fb9dcc882c61bc4f9850.png

Measure voltage on power supply between connector J/P105 and J/P106 ( can be any contacts ) . There should be 24V d.c. Can see these connectors on image  4979 .

If do not have d.c. output then look if you have 230 V a.c. on power supply input ( J/P104 , between pins 1 and 3 ) .

If have input, but missig output then power supply is faulty. Need repair, or change it.

Hello, Thank you for the advice. I tested J/P105 and J/P106. No d.c. output. I tested J/P 104 and I have ~ 120 V a.c. coming there. So there is a faulty power supply? Do you have advice on fixing/replacing this as well?

Power supply input can be from 100 V to 240 V . If you have input and do not have output then need repair power supply, or change it. On scanner should be working power supply.
