arturo huevo duro Posted June 2 Report Posted June 2 When printing in panoramic sizes like 6x12, 8x14, and 8x16, everything works fine; the colors appear correctly in the mode when you open your template. However, in the 8x20 panoramic format, the group photo appears ashen and colorless compared to the frame it loads. The colors match perfectly in the smaller sizes, but in the large panoramic sizes (8x20), the group photo's color changes. Is this due to a different configuration or the photo format?
Dave S Posted June 2 Report Posted June 2 Are the DSA settings set the same in the 8x20 print channel as on the other channels? Maybe increasing the Chroma will help. arturo huevo duro 1

Quizá aumentar la Cromina ayude. But this is strange, do you know why it only happens when I load the group frame? My frame is of a graduation group and it's in PSD format, and I load it as a frame when I open the 8x20 photos. Since there are several children and their faces are in JPG format, this only happens with PSD files when I open the group frame.

I don't understand what you mean by "open the group frame" Can you upload the file you are having issues with?
