paper did not rewind noritsu 3702

after magazine B is out and put back in printer, i found this error and paper inside magazine is out of roll.

already clean some socket and sensor adjustment still same problem

anyone know? thankyou

Clean the rubber rollers inside the magazine.

After loading a new roll of paper rewind the paper into the magazine using the blue knob until the paper is just flush with the felt of the magazine.

i clean it and adjust is done
