Hi,

I would like to ask for help in order to solve the problem with the advancing paper from exposure unit to a procesor in a noritsu 3201 prosd II.One arm seems like is not grabbing Paper. The paper stays in the exposure place. If i send just a single photo it advances the photo directly to procesor but if i send more Photos it keeps stuck in the exposure unit.
Could you give me any suggestions, what would be the solution?

What are the error messages and full error numbers you are getting?

It shows as paper jam.  It paper is stuck but because of clamp that doesnt take the paper to the procesor.

Check the gears are properly aligned between the arm unit and the Processor loading unit.

Open the flap and pull the rollers down by hand on the Processor loading unit, usually it will make a clunk sound when the gears properly align themselves.

Hi Dave,

I see the problem in the arms that take photos from exposure unit. Right arm does not take prints from exposure unit.

would you have any suggestions?

I will load the old paper and use magnet to make video from the proces how it goes. Machine is getting started. Once is warm i will load the paper.

Hi Dave,

it is all sorted just by  adjusting position on clams that take the paper from exposure unit.
