sp3000 F Key Adjustments not there/won't work

Hi all sorry about the terrible phone image, I recently purchased a sp3000 and I am wondering why when I scan images I don’t get any of the settings for the F Keys at the bottom of my screen, everything else works fine on the scanner keyboard but I have no way of rotating/sharpening and all the rest of what they do to the images and it’s super frustrating.

I am completely new to this but I want to say its not software related as it was like it when I got the scanner and I just had the scanner upgraded to a new version that what it was running or would something like this still cross over ?

Still really puzzled with this one no one seems to be able to help with the issue which I feel is very odd when there is so much knowledge this forum.

Is there also no option under the number 2? some of the options aren't available on all scan modes

if you try scan mode 6to 1 ? f2 option still not there ?

No options under number 2 either! I don't understand how and why this has happened the machine arrived like that and as mentioned its also had a software update to 4.2 and there are still no options there which makes me think does it have to do with the main computer under the scanner and not the PC's that can be upgraded or swopped out

Its the same with 6 images or 1 images unfortunately. I have this question on facebook here and reddit and no one seems to have had this issue or know why its happened

if you select "i" in bottom left what soft and addon do you have installed ?

Hi everyone bit of a bump I am still struggling with this issue and no one in the world seems to know why that the menus under the preview window where the adjustments are done are missing, im running 4.2 so pretty new and its been reinstalled to see if thats where the issue lies but i still have the same issue doing on. 

I am at a loss of what to do and I think trying to buy another scanner is a bit crazy but its almost where I am at with it tbh.
