Afternoon all,

I have a 563 in my company, and every 2-3 months it will trigger E913 - Movement Error, Initialise Data

Is there anything that could routinely cause this issue?

Thanks in advance!

This error can be if film processor settings lost on CTL33 or CTP33 . Check backup rechargable battery. Might be it weak.

Do you use film processor timer? Film processor starts in the morning itself, or you do it manually?

If timer works and film processor turns on itself then CTP33 battery should be good. Then might be CTL33 battery is weak.

On film processor are two rechargable batteries. One is on CTL33 and other on CTP33 . Turn off film processor, wait abot 30 min and measure voltages on rechargable batteries. If voltage dropped - change it.

Batteries are ML2430-HJ1 . 3V , 100 mAh , size 24mm x 3mm , distance between soldering pins - 20mm , 2 pins , lithium ion manganese oxide battery, rechargeable.

ML2430-HJ1 was made by Sanyo. This company long time doesn't make it. Later this model made FDK . They discontinued also.

You can buy CR2430 coin battery holder. CR2430 is not rechargable battery, but ML2430 has the same size. Buy holder with two soldering pins. Distance between pins should be about 20 mm . It is standard distance for these holders.

Take soldering iren and remove old ML2430-HJ1 . Instead of battery solder battery holder. Make sure, that polarity will be correct .

After that on this holder can use ML2430 ( rechargabile battery without solkdering pins ) . There are many makers and batteries are not expensive. ML2430 make KTS , Jauch , CDA , Xinlgo , Qeessn , Omnergy and few other companies.

Five ML2430 batteries ( wihout soldering pins ) cost cheaper than one ML2430-HJ1 ( battery with soldering pins ) . Battery makers do not sell ML2430-HJ1 . On big shops ( for example Digikey ) ML2430-HJ1 are not available. There can buy only ML2430 .

ML2430-HJ1 can find on Aliexpress, Ebay and small shops. I think someone from China took standard ML2430, welded soldering contacts, on side added blue tape and sells them as ML2430-HJ1 at high price.

Here can see modified Fuji board. Removed Sanyo ML2430-HJ1 , soldered CR2430 coin battery holder and inserted CDA ML2430 rechargable battery ( without soldering pins ) . When battery becomes weak it is easy to replace it. Even do not need to remove board.

It is easy to find CR2430 coin battery holder . There are many of them online.

Five ML2430 cost about 10 EUR. Can buy them here :
