keven s Posted June 22 Author Report Posted June 22 Hi again, I have already tested all fuses on the main relay board and other accessible boards with a multimeter — they are all good (continuity OK). I also checked the main resistors (including the big ones on the power board and dryer area) and none are open or shorted. Still the same problem: machine trips after 2-4 seconds, dryer motor stays running, only the two green LEDs on the sorter stay on. Any other ideas? Could it be a stuck relay, main power supply issue, or problem on the sorter control board? Thanks! Obrigado!
Minilab service Posted June 22 Report Posted June 22 Do not understand what you wrote on first post. Which breaker turns off- main breaker ( NFB1 ) , or internal leak circuit breakers ( NFB2, NFB3, NFB4 ) ? Try to unplug all heaters and start minilab. Might be there is leakage to ground.

It's not a circuit breaker tripping, it's the main relay clicking on and then dropping out after a few seconds.
Minilab service Posted June 22 Report Posted June 22 X34 is processor timer relay. Probably processor is in stand by mode. Press sorter button on hold a little. Then minilab should to start. If will not start then you can run using starter jumper. To connector J/P647 connect starter jumper. Then processor should start also.
