keven s Posted June 23 Report Posted June 23 Hi everyone, I'm reaching out for some technical advice regarding my Noritsu 3301. Recently, my machine had to remain powered off for 4 days following a power incident. After successfully getting it booted back up, I am now encountering the following error message: 6107-0002: R laser temperature out of limit. Could this be related to the machine having been off for an extended period (a "cold-start" issue), or is this something I should investigate further? Any guidance or suggestions on what I should check or how to troubleshoot this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time and help.
keven s Posted June 23 Author Report Posted June 23 Update: The laser error has cleared after waiting, but now I am stuck on the heating phase. The developer (CD) temperature reaches up to 37.9°C, but it gets completely stuck there and won't go any higher to enable the "Start" button. At the same time, the dryer (DRY) temperature is dropping; it started out higher but then went down. What should I check next for this heating issue? Could it be a specific fuse on the Main Relay PCB or a tripped internal breaker (NFB)? 31 minutes ago, keven s said: Hi everyone, I'm reaching out for some technical advice regarding my Noritsu 3301. The only parts that are NOT heating up are the BF (Bleach-Fix) and the STB (Stabilizer). Since the main system is running, the main relay seems to be working. What specifically controls the heating lines for the BF and STB tanks on the QSS-3301? Should I check for a specific fuse on the Main Relay PCB or look for the independent safety thermostats (overheat switches) under the chemical tanks?
Sunny4Pakon Posted June 24 Report Posted June 24 Could you mention current CD BF and STB temperatures reading on your machine ?
Balázsovics Posted June 25 Report Posted June 25 Before ripping the machine apart try going into service mode, software upgrade from HD and only select laser and processor You mentioned a power issue, it's very likely that something crucial got corrupted, running software upgrade from HD just rewrites intact data from memory, i think it's worth to check this first
