sinyo Posted June 24 Report Posted June 24 i notice if i split paper vertically in middle, the right side is green and left side is more magenta. is this normal? cause ive seen in 3101 and 3501 thanks
Dave S Posted June 24 Report Posted June 24 It is usually caused by uneven development. You need to thoroughly clean the rollers in the CD rack, often the plastic centre rollers get coated with dirt causing uneven pressure. Also check the No.2 crossover rollers and the No.2 rack as well.
sinyo Posted June 25 Author Report Posted June 25 thankyou dave for fast respon. it's been a while i cleaned cd and bf rack. i will try clean it. all my bushings on crossover its a bit loose . i usually change all of them when print come out stick to each other

Balázsovics Posted June 25 Report Posted June 25 You can also try image position correction to align the 3 lasers and make the gray areas actually gray and not a digital color noise I can't see your problem from the photo you shared but definitely clean processor and if that fails we get to thinking again sinyo 1
sinyo Posted June 27 Author Report Posted June 27 (edited) @Dave S@Balázsovics yesterday i tried on different printer 3801g . it has same problem , my opinion it was the bad batch on lucky paper. yes i do laser corection. i didnt input block c before, and i didnt know that block b cyan, ,magenta and yellow should be in the same line(3 instead of 2) Edited June 27 by sinyo

It's pure Luck as to what you get sinyo 1
Balázsovics Posted June 27 Report Posted June 27 Oh so it's lucky, well in that case note the emulsion number and try to avoid it You can still use this paper for really dark or colorful prints sinyo 1
