Hey all, we've been running into an issue with our V30 constantly (every 3 minutes) about a solution temp error on primarily our CD tank but temporarily all tanks will flash up. We have went through the manual and tried finding our issue but we could not find a fix. We have cleaned the tanks and the filters, as well as steel-wool cleaned the thermostat. We used a kitchen thermometer to measure the working tank (which stays constant) but our replenishing tank will fluctuate up and down by 2 degrees during the warning. Used this forum to help with us, but nothing solved it.

We have tried calibrating the thermostat but to no avail. Might be missing something. Thank you all for your help!

Temperature stability depends largely on the quality of fluid circulation in the working tank:
1.
Is circulation in the CD tank adequate?
Remove the rack from the first tank and inspect the surface of the solution.
2.
Is your filter in good working order?
To ensure good circulation, it is important that the filter is not clogged.

Hey there,
Yes we can see the circulation of the solution
and we just changed the filters again and we clean them regularly.

There are 2 main causes of this, poor circulation, or an electrical problem with the SSR that controls the CD heater.

Common circulation issues are the pipe leading from the CD sub tank to the pump goes soft and squashes in on itself reducing the flow. The other cause is the sparge pipe inside the CD tank is blocked. Also the input of the circulation pump can get blocked with twin checks.
