DHT87 Posted July 11 Report Posted July 11 This is noit the first time this has happened whilst scanning 120 film. One regular customer always has at least 1 photo per roll which, when scanned at high Tiff, comes with weird artefacts - almost looks like a glitch or half-tone. When i rescan that image again though, after they tell me, it seems to be fine. Someone said it was the dust removal doing something, but when i've turned the retouch off, then you can see so much micro dust. (yes i do rocket blowand have an antistatic microfibre brush vacuum). Thats been on for the past week. I just dont know whats going on. Customes say its fine for digital stuff on instagram, but they want to print in books and frear it might print out that way too. what do i do, and why is it doing it? Example attached
