Oh... I am sorry
I thought your last image was a real photo and judged it accordingly
But it seems your monitor was never cleaned if you have such quality of the screen.

6822-0003 means image processing pcb image data operation error. Image processing was not finished within a specified time when outputting the images from the image displaying memory to the expansion memory via image correction pcb.

Does it mean the problem is from the memories or the image correction board.  Pls where exactly shd i tackle first. I need your help. Because the image correction board light does not stay on but goes off.

Try running the data transfer test.

Menu → Extension → Maintenance → Data Transfer Test

There are 2 image correction PCB's try swapping the position of them.

Dave, we did the data transfer test n the results for three times gave no good at last one which is the Laser Control.

With the image correction board we did the swapping n still when u print it hangs n gives u that error message when u cancel n feed white. But the image correction boards does not light up. I mean none of the red light comes on.

Pls any suggestions or solution.  Thanx

The status of the LED's 1-4 is always off, this is normal.

Try doing the software upgrade from the hard drive for the image processing and image correction PCB's.

No one can give you a definitive answer as to what exactly is wrong. Many different things can cause this problem.

Did you try the software upgrade?

Did you check the RAM modules as mentioned in the post I linked to?

All of them on the image processing PCB.
