SP500 power supply ( 125Y100001A ) has many outputs ( D5V1 , A+12V , A-12V , P+24V , P+12V , A+20V , A-12V , A+5V , A-5V , D+5V . They connected to various boards (  CYA , PZR , CCD , DLE , CTL , ADC , PSW ) .

Which country are you from ? Power supply is expensive and hard to find. It is quite complicated. Few times I repaired them.
