37HD PROBLEM 01762 output device is not available

Can you advise me for error in 37HD problem please 

1 -   01801-00512 execute software upgrade Laser, I sell him Brand new laser control pcb 

When we go for software upgrade in maintenance mode error is

01762 output device is not available 

Please help me

QSS370x HD laser pcb should be J391523. New part number is JA00051.
QSS370x ( without HD ) laser pcb is J391465 . This board can't use on HD models.

After replacement need to load the system program, laser backup and make daily setup.

01801-00512 means execute software upgrade for laser.

01762 means output device is not available. Check the status of the manual sorter switch of the printer. When the switch lights green, press it for more than 2 seconds so that the printer will start. When it does not light, restart the printer. 

Hold sorter button and make sure, that processor started. If to press again sorter should move. Look what is processor condition light and manual sorter switch status. Are they dark, light, or bink.
