Fuji LP 7500, Error message (#510) perform the setup again

Good morning. For the past few days, I haven't been able to run the check for the 15.2 and 12.7 bands, whereas the 30.5 and 10.2 bands work perfectly; since I perform the daily check using the 12.7 band, I can't calibrate that one either. I get error message #510 ("perform the setup again"), and the check printout looks almost black and white. Perhaps the result is too far off from the optimal value, preventing the system from confirming it.
