Memory not being detected by EZController in Windows VM

Hey all, 

I've tried so many different things but I just can't get rid of the error seen in the diagnostic tool. I'm running Windows 10 in VirtualBox, and I'm trying to get EZController fully working to use my HS-1800. 

The system itself says it has 8.00Gb of memory. I just can't figure this out. Any insight at all would be very helpful!

I should state I'm using EZController v 7.60.004
