MS01 4.2 Runtime Error

Hey Guys

I have a problem with the MS01 program with my server pc for the SP3000

I had to get a new SSD for the server pc cause the old broke down. I installed MS01 but when I try to open it a window shows "Runtime Error!" and shows the path: Program:C\Fes\PIC.exe 

Do anyone now what I have to do now? 

My pc runs on Windows 7 32bit and i have the MS01 4.2 Version
