Lumentation Posted Thursday at 11:13 PM Report Posted Thursday at 11:13 PM Hi all, Our lab recently replaced our QSS-330 with a QSS-370. We use Fuji Crstal Archive paper in tandem with Fuji RA chem as we did with our 330. The 370 is currently our only printer in our lab. The Problem: Highlights on our photos are reduced to flat white/pinkish patches. Tests Done and Measures taken as of 10/1/26: ALL chem changed out at LEAST once Exposure Center Adjustment Exposure Magnification Adjustment Highlight Balance Adjustment Test is very pink toned Colorimeter will not read printed test Highlight Balance Adjustment (MANUAL) Reduced Magenta Levels across the board Re-did the Initialization for the paper type also re-registered the cartridges See photo examples in google drive for a better understanding of the issue. Photo Examples HERE Please share any ideas about next tests or steps we can take! We are eager to solve this as soon as possible. Cheers, Lumentation Team
TECNOR Posted Friday at 12:42 AM Report Posted Friday at 12:42 AM First, your minilab is Noritsu or Fuji Frontier. Noritsu dont have minilabs Qss-330 and Qss-370. Noritsu have for example Qss-3300 or series Qss-3701 and many others.

Cheers, Lumentation Team What's the exact brand and type of developer you use? It sounds to me like it's unseasoned, highlights get a tint when the developer is too active

We used starter when we filled the machine initially, is there another step we should take to season the dev?
TECNOR Posted 16 hours ago Report Posted 16 hours ago currently what software version you have installed Ez Controller ? QSS-Printer ? Profile ? Do you have installed old version or new versions? if you have new versions its possible you have bad plate calibration or head colorimeter damaged.
