lazal Posted Saturday at 08:22 AM Report Posted Saturday at 08:22 AM Hi ! Question the pump output amount on lab it's set at 60 ml, on CD and BF---- on BF the pump output amount measurement it's ok the measurement it's 60 ml , but on CD it's pumping only around 25 ml first time the 2'nd time increase at around 45 ml than on the 3'rd time it's pumping around 60 ml. I've clean the pipes and I change the poppet valve gasket - not new. I need to change with new poppet valve gasket or it's something else ? And also on STB it's set on 120 ml but it pump around 110 ml ? Thanks!
alexvigor Posted Saturday at 12:50 PM Report Posted Saturday at 12:50 PM Hi. Change gaskets on both cd intake and outtake valves. Calibrate the pumps. Make 3 measurements on each pump and input average valuee (i.e. pump outputs 175ml in 3 measurements - input 58.3 ml) If the pump outputs 60ml (120 for stb) in each test measurement - it's condition is close to perfect. When the amount drops - the first place to look is valves and gaskets. lazal 1
Dave S Posted Saturday at 01:31 PM Report Posted Saturday at 01:31 PM The usual cause is the poppet valves are not sealing properly allowing the liquid to flow back into the replenisher tank after a while. Check the centre part of the poppet valve is clean and is not loose, if loose you will need to replace the poppet valves. lazal 1
