  1. Do you really think he needs printer driver, which he searched 11 years ago? Now is 2021, so printer driver should be not for XP, but for W10 64 bit, or W11 64 bit.

  2. nope it's not related to paper movement, it's data corrupted. posibility is printer cable, flexible head cable or the worst thing is mainboard failed

  3. Probably you use Noritsu software. 06831-00000 means image correction error - process by image correction module failed. 15010-00007 means system error - failed to make an output image. Your image processing module doesn't work. Make EZ controller backup ( EZ controller data management menu ) . Then reinstall EZ controller. The latest EZ controller - version 7.20, QSS printer - version 19, profile data - 4.8.

  4. Open printer door. On right hand side you see black metal cover. If to remove it there see printer control pcb. Printer control pcb has ARCNET hub. There connected ARCNET cables from workstation, ARCNET cables from laser control pcb and processor control pcb. Cables can be connected to any ARCNET port, so you can change cable position.

  5. Thank you everyone for the help. The solution of the problem was a broken connector pin between CTP20 and PAC20 Board. The one that is giving the start signal for the drive motor. I tried changing 3 driver boards but no solution was found they were working and alright. Very glad to have a community like this.

  8. Drive motor M700 is on Fuji 550/570 and 500. Guess you have 550 or 570. M700 is drive motor + motor driver. Check do you have power suppliers ( 5V and 24 V on driver board connector CN601) . Other connector on driver board ( CN602 ) - control signals : pin 2 - ON/OFF pin 3 - direction ( CW or CCW ) pin 4 - driver error output ( from driver to minilab ) pin 5 - CLK ( pulses ) If you have ON signal and pulses ( CLK ) , but motor doesn't rotate then motor driver or motor faulty. In most cases faulty motor driver ( Fuji p.n. 141D1060898C, 141D1060898B ) .

  9. Fuse is on Printer I/O PCB 1 ( J390939 ) . It is the same board where J/P247 and J/P248. Printer I/O PCB 1 and LASER POWER SUPPLY 1 ( PS17 ) are inside box, which is beside paper magazine. Need remove this box cover to see them. Probably multimeter doesn't work, because battery is discharged. Usually there used standard 9V battery ( 6LR61, 006P, or some other. Can be used rechargable 9V battery. If battery is good but multimeter doiesn't work then buy any simple multimeter. The cheapest can buy at 5 GBP.

  10. Check do you have 24V power supply : PRINTER I/O PCB 1 connector J/P248 between pins 1 and 3 PRINTER I/O PCB 1 connector J/P247 between pins 1 and 3 If you have not 24V on J/P247 then not working LASER POWER SUPPLY 1 ( PS17, ZWS150PF-24/J ) If you have 24V on J/P247, but have not 24V on J/P248 then on PRINTER I/O PCB 1 burned fuse F38 ( 3.15A ) .

  11. There are few S2 versions - fo different minilabs and scanners. They are designed to work on Windows XP, but it is possible force to work S2 on Windows 7 32 bit. Instead S2 for Windows 7 Fuji released MS01. Also Fuji has newer MS01 version - for W10 64 bit.

  12. You may need to enable SMBv1 in Windows 10 to allow networking with Windows XP. https://www.tachytelic.net/2019/09/windows-10-enable-smb1/ Ensure the folder you want to access to is shared with "everyone" with full read and write permission. If it still won't connect, set up an additional account on the Windows XP computer with the same username and password as the Windows 10 computer you are trying to access the Windows XP computer from. (You don't need to logon to the newly created account)

  16. At first I got stuck on the one film, tried everything to get the error to stop, wanted to take the stage from the second SP3000, although then the calibration didn't fit and left everything. Two days later I just skipped the film and the whole job ran smoothly to the end. It was definitely the special film. It has no manufacturer's mark on it and dates from before 1977 and has a dot of cyan between each of the perforation holes at the top and bottom, as you can see in the photo. Among the thousands of films (mostly B&W) I have scaned, there has never been a problem like this. All of the color negatives that were still tangible had none of these dots. Probably one of the sensors can't handle the dots in cyan. I did add black dots to the top and bottom of another strip of film, it scanned fine and was output complete. Best Hans

  17. The tank sizes are: CD 13.6L BF 13.9L STB 26.5L (Total) The mixing instructions will usually be on the box for the chemistry. Look for Tank Solution. All you do is times each value by the tank size. For example CD Rep 500ml x 13.6= 6800ml Starter 45ml x 13.6= 612ml Water 455ml x 13.6= 6188ml Total 13600ml (13.6L) Manufactures regularly change their mixes so it’s always best to use the values on the box When they mention Rep they mean concentrate + water to make replenisher, do not use pure concentrate unless it specifies to do so.

  18. Here on FMPC you have FDIA software ( D20 version 2.0-0E-160 ) . Usually on server was installed FDIA software also ( C4/C5 ) . Now on your server used newer software - MS01. What did you have on old server, which now doesn't work? C4/C5 looks absolutely different. On your new server installed MS01 ( unknown version ) . Not sure, that server is full working ( do not see main window, where can load orders ) . Might be, that MS01 server will work with FMPC running FDIA. Not sure about that. I tested only scanner running FDIA ( A1 software ) and it worked with server running MS01. One is clear - server should be full working ( should have main window ) , on computer should be correct network settings and computer names should match names entered on software ( FMPC and server ) . If can't find yourself - write private message. I using Anydesk software can connect to your server and check everything.

  19. Hi, I would like to change the MS01 software for my fuji LP7700, could you give me an idea of the price of the software, I don't know the name of the latest versions. Thanks in advance
    1 point
  20. MS01 is not minilab software. It is just printing interface. The latest MS01 version is 10.0. It is designed to work on W10 64 bit. LP7700 system software is module named N1. This software was created by Noritsu for their Fuji branded minilabs. The latest N1 software - version 4.0. It was designed about 10 years ago to work on W7 32 bit. Not sure, if it can work on W10 64 bit. Might be work, but might be not. With Fuji LP7700 can be used new and modern Noritsu software. Can print using EZ controller 7.41 , system software version 19, profiles 4.8 ( with new papers ) . On Noritsu software have good color balance on light tone. Software is modern and has many features, which are missing on Fuji software, which is very old. The most my customers instead Fuji software use Noritsu software.

  21. Original file name is 9804203_30x40-prem_NEW_j_1_N_8936577_00001.jpg . Can see it on error log. Name become longer, when loaded on forum. Picture on forum has small resolution ( 96 dpi ) . Might be it was decreased also. I loaded file from forum on my EZ controller ( version 7.41 ) and it was loaded without errors. If you can't load the same file ( 96 dpi ) then try reinstall EZ controller, or upgrade to latest ( 7.41 ) . Before re-instillation save EZ controller backup ( EZ controller data management menu ) and make backups for equipment which you have ( dry printers, minilabs, scanners ) .

  22. Open processor. Then block processor cover sensor. Remove upper rack which is between CD and BF. Run processor. Take piece of paper ( no worries, that it get light ) . Insert it into BF rack. On output paper should be white. If it will be white then change CD ( probably was contaminated ) . If will be creamy need check BF ( temperature, replenishment rate ) , or even change it.

  23. All depends which film carrier there. If there is 135/240AFC-II then replacement is quite complicated. There need disassemble carrier, remove cables boards, sensors. Sensors positions should be adjusted precisely ( part of millimeter ) . I repair many film carriers and have self made equipment where can see how sensors are adjusted. Do not know, how you will do it.

As I wrote above - check everything concerning paper movement during exposure. Laser unit does not move the laser beam along the paper. Lab moves the paper using stepping motors, belts, etc. So dig there... Or call out the service engineer and pay him!

  31. Hope you connected correctly. Even if you use three phase to film processor should be supplied only 240 V ( 3 x 240 V ) . In other words used three voltages between Neutral and Phases ( 1, 2 and 3 ) . If your electrician connected to film processor 380 V ( voltage between phases ) then your film processor was burned. Might be burned power input circuit, power supply ( Alpha ) , or something else. You should ask engineers before connection to three phase circuit. If didn't get information from your Fuji engineers you could ask me. You did not it. Connections should be on instillation manuals. Just need look more carefully. I have FP563SCAL service manual and part list, but if you didn't find information on instillation manual then other manuals will not help also.

  38. Print size for 6 x 7 is correct. You have error about wrong scan service ( not about wrong print size ) . W-4112 means the selected film mask is not supported for the service. Need change mask, or select other scanning service. Probably you use old FDIA software. On scanner software ( A1 ) go to film carrier input check menu. Make sure, that you see attached mask correctly. If it is correct ( 6 x 7 ) then try to select different scanning service ( for example free export bmp ) , or on server ( C4/C5 ) add some new service ( need to set file format and base ) . More easy to scan, when installed MS software. There mainly used one service - HD scan. Then all films automatically scanned in .tif and saved on server. Can use these files, or on server change them ( set other file format and base ) . Server can be installed on modern computer running W10 64 bit. Write private message and I explain how to do it.

  39. On Aliexpress not original parts, but can use on minilab. Just in case do not through out old parts. You never know how long this new gear can work. All depends on used plastic quality. B011381 should be mounted as it is now. This gear direction depends on frequency ( 50 Hz, or 60 Hz ) .

  42. E-1774. is not important. Just print channels on scanner mismatch with print channels registered on server. You have not printer, so it is not necessary. Just cancel this error and can to scan. If do not want to see this error - match print channels, but it will not effect scan quality, or something else. All other errors cause not working CPZ23 board. Can be faulty board, on board missing power supply, or bad connections. You can scan, but micromovements will not work. As result you have lower resolution as should be. For example when scanning on highest resolution picture scanned on 8 positions. When micromovement doesn't work picture will be scanned on the same position. One more problem is that on scanner and server used different package software. On scanner used software from FDIA package ( A1 version 1.0-0E-014 and some export software ) and on server used software from MS package ( MS01 version 3.1 running on XP ) . Usually on scanner and server used the same package software - on scanner MS11 + MS01 and on server MS01 ( running XP, W7 32 bit, or W10 64 bit ) . Anyway this mismatch can';t cause CPZ errors. There is problem with hardware.

43. Then here is some network sharing, or protection problem. Try temporary disable firewall and UAC. Check sharing options. If W7 computers have different version ( x86 and x64 ) then need install additional driver. If you have antivirus software - try disable it. If all that doesn't work - try install as a local printer. Select "Local port" and there add network path. If you work without MS01 then here is standard printer sharing. Ask any IT engineer and he can help you.
