Arcnet communication error laser, 6901 0200 Qss 3212

Not at all I didn't change my user name or bad behaviour, yutas only complained that I repeated questions but the issue is all he said have done some while still waiting for the engineer to come around cos most of them are afraid of some processes like the laser beam alignment, so we can complete the remaining process to be sure of what we are doing before concluding on buying all new softwares and upgrading the 37, but I encountered this error on our Qss 3212,pls assist me let me let me know what to do, am sorry if I offended you guys, pls assist me

Please I encountered an error message an hour ago, Acanet error PCB,laser and dic. During printing the error comes up and once cleared it terminates processing, also when the error occurred on laser it was printing but no image just plain white paper. Please what should I do am under pressure,help

Please don't say that, the issue is affecting me that's why am coming up with questions base on my observations, moreover the engineer is not in town that's why am disturbed, please am sorry to border you

Yutad have sent you the enquiry for the manual, then I noticed that on the system menu were the capacity booster type was suppose to display I/f main H, its not displaying the capacity booster type, what could be the cause?

When you want to print from paper magazine B it will be showing paper jam error message while there is no paper jam.,but the magazine C is working perfectly well. please help
