  1. Sensor is not the issue. If you have problems with the sensors then it will give you error messages right away.
  2. I have problems in my frontier 550, doesn’t boot and no display and no backlit of the lcd as well. Power 1&2 had green led’s on. Fans are working but doesn’t boot. Anyone know what is the problem please help.

    Thank you for the information. Aside from LDD23, is there any chance that the CTL23 is defective?

    34 laser gun

    If there are no errors, just perform daily setup and exposure position adjustment from service menu.
  8. Load the backup. It is software problem.
  9. Laser exposure position adjustment is required.
  10. If solenoids works on output check mode means 24 volts is ok. It seems that the problem is mechanical alignment. Try this, remove the dryer rack from the machine and put it on top of a table where you can visually see all mechanical parts. Move the solenoid responsible for the paper that guides going up or down. While moving the solenoid manually, visually check the guide if it is moving perfectly, if not check from there what is the problem, probably it was not in its proper position.
  11. Probably not original but it doesn't matter now because the problem was solved by changing the laser module. $1K is much cheaper than refurbished laser unit. If this gun will going to lasts for 2 years then it is more than enough. The customer is making a lot of money for this machine. $1K of Gun every year is nothing. No need to argue if it is original or not because for sure it is not because it came from China. Thanks again for your useful information. I am learning so much from this forum.

  15. I want to update you regarding this issue! Replaced yesterday the Green laser head from Showa to Shimadzu with the original driver from Noritsu J391160 and Synchronous sensor error disappear. Printer is back to life. Once again thanks for the help. Till the next topic.

  17. H because the installed driver and the laser is J391231. but as I said again and again, the previous laser head and factory installed green laser is Shimadzu with J391160 driver and for sure the letter I will display in system version check.

  19. Minilab service : I can't able to check those measurements at the moment because it needs to travel by plane. Please anyone who has an original, brand new shimadzu green with driver please send me a quote.
  20. Do you recommend that it is better for me to install the shimadzu HK-9356-02 green than Showa? Shimadzu was installed from the factory when first time opened the laser unit, but because showa is cheaper, I choose Showa instead of Shimadzu.
