  1. Hi Minilab service, I really read 7.3mV across R54 when green is On at output check mode and the frequency is 2043. The CN1 input supply is 4.9 V. I'm very familiar of using electronics instruments. Working for this field 30 years and a BS degree on ECE. So for mentioning this but for sure I no mistakes on measuring and reading the voltage because I measured it many times to make it sure and measured again when replacing the laser driver board. Regarding the Pin2, did you mean the pin2 of laser driver connector going to laser head?
  2. Additional information : I already installed new green laser driver board and AOM but the error is still coming during the first print to be made. Clearing the error is not solving the problem, the same error when try to print again. Shutting down the power of the printer and turning on after 20 minutes then the printer works and print perfectly. When the machine is working perfectly, I measure the voltage across R54 with the green is On at output check mode and I can measured 7.3mV.
  3. Reply to Minilab service : a year ago I changed the green laser head from shimadzu to showa. It works perfectly for a year without any errors. I measured the voltage across R54 when the green On at output check mode. I measure 0volt when asynchronous and I can measured 7.3mvolts when synchronisation. I used Sanwa auto range digital multimeters. Reply to Davidlam: Qss 3701 not HD. When synchronous sensor error appears, clearing the error is not enough. Shutting down the machine and turning on after 20 mins will work again without any errors. Printing is good and no error. Reply to Yustas: R54 and R55 are connected parallel. R55 is not physically present.

  5. Hello everyone! I got an error 06073-00002 Synchronous Sensor Error from QSS 3701. I change the AOM green to New AOm but the error still the same. Perform Self diagnostic test from service menu but Green results is no good. I measured voltage across R55 from Green laser driver board but 0volt was measured. Cleaned all connectors contact of the AOM, Laser driver board and Laser control board then it works, no error when printing. But in the following morning, error returns back. What is the exact problem? by the way, The Green Laser head was replaced 1 years ago and it works without any error. Please help. Thank you.
  6. It looks like the developer is contaminated or missing 1 part of developer. Does you developer is monopart or 3 parts like A, B, and C? Check the part B maybe oxidised.
  7. Update regarding my problem of only color Blue prints. I measured again the voltage across R54 while Blue laser in ON at Output check and the measured value is 114mV. I assumed that the Blue Laser Module is dead. Therefore, I change the Blue laser module to a new gun and finally the printout is beautifully satisfied. Thank you everyone for all your advise and till next time.
  8. Laser I/O PCB J391252-00 also uses for 33/35 series. Can I use for 32 as well.
  9. The number is different but physically is 100% the same. Connectors numbers and even components layouts and numbers were all the same. Physically the same but part number is different. Any suggestions?
  10. But those I changed had an error messages, But this 3201 had no message because Red is working properly. I hope it will work. By the way I have Laser I/O PCB J391252-00 for Lps24, can I use to 3201 as well?
  11. It's not my first time to replaced Laser module. I already replaced several of those like 3702( 4 machines),7700 (2 machines), Lps24 ( 2 machines).
  12. An Update to my unsolved problem. I just bought new Juno Blue Laser module. I am going to replace the old one. hope my problem will solve.
  13. By the way I forgot to mention. Printer is QSS 3201 and no errors at all.
  14. Hi to all, Thank you for the Technical advise. Below is the summary of what is the problem: The Laser type is B I run the Laser diagnostic test: R=70% G=70% B=70%. The Detected Failed results is : R=0 G=0 B=999 I increase the B=100%. The detected failed results is : B=999 I swap between G_AOM and B_AOM. Run Laser diagnostic test. Results is the same. I replaced the Blue Laser driver board with a new board. The results is the same. Measure the voltage across R54 of Blue laser driver while Blue laser is ON at Output check. Measured value is 1.xx volts. Do i need to Replace the Blue laser module? Your advise please. Thank you.

  17. Hi! I need help to all our experts out there. My Qss 3201 is printing only color Blue. there are no any error messages. tried to replaced the Blue AOM but still the same. Run the Laser diagnostic test then Blue had 999/1000 fail attemps at 100% power. Red and Green has no fails at 70%. replaced the Blue laser driver board but still the same prints are coming out Blue. At output check, when Blue laser is on, synchronous for 10 secs then go back to asynchronous. Please help. thanks.
  18. Hello minilabhelp and most especially who gave very informative feedback. My problem was solved unexpectedly and I want to share with you all guys. Believe it or not how could it be because all the power supplies from PS1 to PS4 I can measured correct output voltages and the error still there, of course I have mentioned earlier that the printer works well sometimes but now I totally found the faulty parts of it and that's the interlock relay which caused of the error.

  21. Yes perhaps you are right but is there any chance to increase the intensity of emitter output? Because the new laser control board which I tried to install, the emitter light output is brighter than coming from printer control and pci arcnet boards.
  22. I had been trying to figure out everything from power supply voltage measurement to cleaning all the connector contact but still there are days that works smoothly without errors and there are days that it has error but restarting the printer so many times it works again
