  1. Update: A new carrier was installed but there is the same problem occurring.
  2. example of what happens. There are no torn sprocket holes. The film can be fed in and ejected out with no problem. In this video, the film seemed to be readjusted successfully through the first few frames but jams soon there after. Very strange.
  3. I tried again today. It was able to scan one 36 exposure color roll with no problem. Just one.
  4. Everything was checked and calibrated. The second clutch was also replaced but still resulting to the same issue. It’s not actually after just 6 frames. It’s just when the carrier retracts the film to readjust to scan the following frame. Sometimes it’s the second or third frame. Nothing to do with the films curl or splice. That issue is recognized and understood.
  5. Problems are resolved. After replacing circuit board, new lower switch for NC1 was replaced, but still received the same error messages. We found, then, found that one of the pumps was clogged. We flushed the hose and cleaned it with a pipe cleaner. We still had the error even after all that. So we drained all the chems of the replenisher tanks and they seemed to resolve everything. Thank you for helping.
  6. There’s been an issue with scanning on this carrier. I’ve observed that it jams when it stops at a certain frame to reposition itself for the following framing. The clutch closest to the back was replaced because it was over heating after so many tries. Anyone experienced this problem?
  7. Thank you for the help. We switched the boards out. we are still receiving the same message along with E868 message. If anyone has more information or could provide step by step help on how to resolve the trouble, it would be greatly appreciated.
  8. Has anyone received and fixed this message? If so, please share. We’ve check water pumps. We suspect that it’s a pump to mix chemistry or float sensors.
